When the walls and floors are open, you have a window to fix the plumbing that does not come around often. New layouts mean rerouting supply and drain, waste, and vent lines so everything still slopes and vents the way it should. It is also the right moment to deal with aging galvanized or polybutylene piping while access is easy and cheap, rather than after the tile goes back up.

We coordinate with your contractor and the other trades so our rough-in is ready when it needs to be and our trim-out happens once finishes are in. We set fixtures, connect water heaters and appliances, and leave the work clean and inspectable. The goal is simple: when the remodel is done, the plumbing is the part you never have to think about again.

Do you work with my contractor or designer?+
Yes. On a lot of remodels we are one trade in a bigger project, and we are used to coordinating with general contractors, designers, and other trades so the plumbing lands on schedule and where the plans intend. We can also work directly with homeowners on smaller remodels.
Can you move fixtures to a new layout?+
That is a big part of remodel plumbing. Moving a sink, relocating a toilet, adding a second vanity, or repositioning a shower all mean rerouting supply and drain, waste, and vent lines. The key is doing it so the new drains still vent and slope correctly, which is exactly the part DIY remodels get wrong.
Should I repipe during a remodel?+
If your home still has aging galvanized or polybutylene supply lines, a remodel is the smart time to repipe, because the walls are already open. Older Seattle and Tacoma homes especially are worth a look. We will tell you whether your existing piping is worth keeping or whether you are better off replacing it while access is easy.
