Sewer and drain camera inspection
Stop guessing about what is wrong with a line. We run a borescope camera so you can see exactly what is happening inside, across Puyallup and Greater Seattle, before you spend a dollar on the wrong repair.

Diagnose the line before you dig
A recurring backup or a slow whole-house drain is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Putting a camera in the line turns a guess into a fact: roots at a joint, a belly holding water, a crack, or just a soft clog. Around here, mature trees and older clay or cast-iron lines make root intrusion one of the most common things we find. Knowing the real cause is what keeps you from paying to fix the wrong thing.

Smart before you buy, smart before you repair
A camera scope is one of the best-value inspections you can buy before purchasing a home, because a standard home inspection never looks inside the sewer. It is just as valuable before authorizing a big repair, so the scope matches the actual problem. We show you what the camera sees and explain it in plain language, then lay out your options honestly.
Camera inspection is open to new customers. Routine drain cleaning is something we keep for our existing clients.

What it costs
We do not give a real number until we have seen the job, because a number pulled out of thin air helps nobody. After we look at what you actually have, you get a written, fixed price up front, so there are no surprises at the end. No hourly meter running, no change-order games.
What moves the price
- Length of the line and number of access points
- Whether locating the problem on the surface is needed
- Follow-up diagnostics if the scope finds an issue

Camera inspection, answered
What homeowners and buyers ask us most about sewer and drain scopes in the Puget Sound area.
When should I get a camera inspection?+
Before you buy a home, when a drain backs up repeatedly, when you have slow drains across the house, or before you authorize an expensive repair. A camera shows whether you are dealing with roots, a belly in the line, a separated joint, or just a soft clog, so you fix the actual problem instead of guessing.
Should I do one before buying a house?+
It is one of the smartest inspections you can buy, especially on older Seattle and Tacoma homes with mature trees. A standard home inspection does not look inside the sewer line. A camera scope can reveal root intrusion or a failing line that would cost thousands to repair, which is exactly the kind of thing you want to know before closing.
What can the camera actually find?+
Root intrusion at joints, cracks and separations, bellies where the line has settled and holds water, grease and scale buildup, and the transition points where old materials meet. We can also locate roughly how far down the line a problem is, which tells you the scope of any repair.
Do you offer this to new customers?+
Yes. Camera inspection and diagnostics are available to new customers. Routine drain cleaning is something we reserve for our existing clients, but if a scope reveals a problem in our wheelhouse, we will walk you through the options.
