A Puyallup plumber built on referrals

International Plumbing started with a simple idea: do excellent work, take care of people, and let the referrals follow. Owner Mihail “Mike” Burlac has been in the trade since 2016 and running the business since 2019. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured Washington plumbing contractor serving Puyallup and the greater Seattle area.

Our story

How International Plumbing got started

Mihail “Mike” Burlac got into plumbing in 2016 and went out on his own in 2019. From the start, the plan was never to be the biggest shop in the county. It was to be the one people trust enough to recommend to their neighbor, their builder, and their family. That is why almost every job we take still comes from a referral.

We work mostly with homeowners and builders, along with light commercial. The work we are proudest of is the kind you never have to think about again: a water heater that is vented and sized correctly, a gas line that passes inspection the first time, a new-construction rough-in that the next trade can build on without surprises.

Referral

Nearly all of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients, which keeps us honest on every job.

Licensed, bonded,
and insured

International Plumbing is a licensed Washington plumbing contractor, bonded and insured. We handle residential and light commercial work, up to three stories, and we specialize in custom plumbing, the design-driven work that custom and higher-end homes need and that many plumbers will not take on. When you call, you reach the people who will actually be doing the work, and the license number is on every estimate, the way Washington law requires.

How we
work

We show up when we say we will, keep the jobsite clean, and explain what we are doing in plain language instead of trade jargon. If something underneath a project needs attention before we can do it right, we tell you up front rather than papering over it and leaving you a problem for later.

A lot of our calls are the kind every homeowner around here runs into eventually: a water heater that gave out, a remodel that needs fixtures moved, a new build that needs a full rough-in. We treat the small jobs with the same care as the big ones, because the small job is usually how a long referral relationship starts.
