International Plumbing has been in the trade since 2016 and running as our own shop since 2019. Owner Mihail “Mike” Burlac built the business on referrals, which means the only way we grow is by doing right by the people we already serve. We work mostly with homeowners and builders, plus light commercial, and we take the time to size, vent, and install things the way the code and the manufacturer actually intend, not the fast way that creates a callback next winter.

We are a licensed Washington plumbing contractor, bonded and insured. One thing that sets us apart is custom plumbing, the kind of one-off, design-driven work that custom and higher-end homes call for and that a lot of plumbers will not take on. Around here, the wet winters and the occasional hard freeze are tough on water heaters, hose bibs, and lines run through crawlspaces and unheated garages. We have seen what cutting corners looks like a year later, so we do the unglamorous parts right: correct gas sizing, proper venting, expansion control, and clean, inspectable work. You deal with the owner, not a call center.
