Radiant and hydronic heat
Warm, even, quiet heat from the floor up. We design and install new radiant floor systems and service hydronic heat across Puyallup and Greater Seattle.
Get a QuoteComfort that lasts
The most comfortable heat there is
Once people live with radiant floor heat, forced air feels drafty by comparison. There are no vents blowing, no cold spots, and no dust kicked into the air. On a wet Puget Sound winter morning, a warm tile floor is hard to beat. The catch is that the comfort depends entirely on the design, so the loop layout, manifold, and controls all have to be right.

Designed for your floors and your home
We design the loop spacing, manifold, and mixing valve around your floor structure and how the space will be used, then install it clean and commission it so it actually delivers even heat. Radiant works best when it is planned during new construction or a remodel, while the floor is open, so the earlier you bring us in, the better the result.
We handle new installations and service existing hydronic systems too.

What it costs
We do not give a real number until we have seen the job, because a number pulled out of thin air helps nobody. After we look at what you actually have, you get a written, fixed price up front, so there are no surprises at the end. No hourly meter running, no change-order games.
What moves the price
- System size, number of zones, and loop layout
- New construction vs. retrofit into an existing floor
- The manifold, mixing valve, and controls specified

Radiant heat, answered
What homeowners ask when they are considering radiant or hydronic heat in the Puget Sound area.
What is radiant floor heat?+
Radiant heat warms your home by circulating warm water through tubing in or under the floor, instead of blowing hot air. The result is even, quiet warmth from the ground up, with no drafts and no blowing dust. It pairs especially well with tile and concrete floors, which hold and release the heat nicely.
Can you add radiant heat to an existing home?+
Sometimes, depending on the floor structure and access. It is most straightforward during new construction or a remodel when the floor is open, but there are retrofit approaches for existing homes too. We will look at your situation and tell you honestly whether it is practical and worth it.
How is a hydronic system different from electric radiant?+
Hydronic systems use warm water through a loop, a manifold, and a mixing valve to distribute heat, and they are efficient for whole rooms or whole homes. Electric radiant mats are simpler and common for small areas like a bathroom floor. We focus on the hydronic side and new installations, where the design of the loop and controls really matters.
Does radiant heat need maintenance?+
A hydronic system is low maintenance but not no maintenance. The circulator, the mixing valve, and the fluid all benefit from an occasional check, and catching a small issue early keeps the whole system comfortable. We service the systems we install and can look at existing ones too.
